The LBP-211
and its lower power twin, the LBP-210, have the largest cavity in
the industry. It is right at home in the laboratory, on the production line or heating material for a variety of applications. The LBP-210 Microwave oven features 2,300 watts of heating power. This
microwave oven is built for extremely heavy-duty use with stainless steel construction inside and out and also features a convenient pull down door and a second shelf for increased loading capacity.
The LBP-211 Microwave oven features 3,200 watts of heating power. This microwave oven is also built for extremely heavy-duty use with stainless steel construction inside and out. This
oven features a convenient pull down door and a second shelf for increased loading capacity. Heating uniformity is achieved by 4 "Mode stirrer" systems, 2 from above and 2 from below
the cavity giving superior heating uniformity. All the mode stirrer systems are located out of the way with little chance of becoming damaged.
In addition to the basic oven, the following now come as standard features:
Temperature control
uses a programmable thermal controller to maintain consistent temperature in the cavity by cycling power on and off at the user set power level. A type K
thermocouple is standard and may be field replaced. Other thermocouples available.
The True-To-Power power control system allows for true variable power. Most microwave ovens adjust power by simply cycling the power on (at full power) and off, the
time average power is reduced, but is at full power during the "on" portion of the cycle. While this power adjustment is acceptable for many applications, it can lead to product
damage caused by overheating in others. The true variable power feature really changes the average and instantaneous power. There are no "on-off" cycles and the user sets the power
level needed preventing overheating. This feature allows the ovens to be very flexible in the material/product they are able to process.
High volume airflow provides airflow through the cavity to create a positive pressure in the
cavity and includes a 4 1/2-inch plenum to attach to most standard hood exhaust systems for exhausting of cavity fumes or moisture. A powered exhaust fan will remove cavity fumes or
moisture into the room if no exhaust hood is available.
