Center It is a tool for drilling pipe and other round objects. Center It is made specifically for use in a drill press. The 7/16" groove with a 118 degree angle lets you bottom drill bit to center v-block. The 5 " long, 4" wide V-block bolts to the drill press table and enables the drilling of round pieces parallel and centered. This allows you to drill any size of pipe and wood dowels.
The grooves on the outer sides eliminate slippage while holding pipes, etc., for sawing on job sites or other applications. To use, simply place Center It on the drill press table, run the bit down (with motor off) to hold the jig centered on the bit, then bolt the jig to press table. No clamping of the tube is necessary since the angled flats of the jig hold it centered. Holes will automatically be centered on the tube with no center-punching necessary. If tubing is too large to drill in a single operation it can simply be turned over.
Low Profile, Toolmakers Specimen Clamp
Made of special hardened steel and designed for utmost performance. Clamps equipped with spring screw clip. Conforms to government specifications. Particularly desirable for holding or clamping small work together when drilling, assembling, etc. Ideal for holding embedding blocks and specimens for trimming and shaping. Clamp has
1 1/4" capacity and a 2" jaw length.
This highly durable tool stand is ideal for safely holding up to 14 small tools on the workbench. A non-skid rubber strip keeps the tools' base from slipping and the notched end keeps the tools' work end elevated and free from benchtop contamination.
For multi-tube mixing. Can also be used for larger vessels with covered tops. Continuous or touch-on operation. Full range speed control: 100 rpm to 3000 rpm to match your contents and vessel requirements. Interchangeable mixing surfaces: single tube rubber cup or 3 1/2" diameter resilient rubber top for beakers, etc. Acid and alkali resistant white plastic cabinet. Heavy cast metal base for greater stability. Soft foam rubber feet protect work surface and prevent "walking".
Handles delicate grids, substrates, thin sections, etc. without breaking or pinching. Performs tweezer functions such as picking up, holding and carrying. Vacuum is created at the tip by placing finger over control port located on the probe handle. To break vacuum, just remove finger from port. Adjustable vacuum generator lets user dial desired vacuum pressure and can create up to 14" Hg vacuum (air flow of 125 in3/min.) Unit is 115 VAC, 60 Hz and 2 watts. Unit comes complete with vacuum generator, anodized aluminum probe, 4 feet of tubing with in-line filter and 5 stainless steel probe tips (0.052", 0.047", 0.022", 0.016" and 0.013" ID).
