 Topdown SEM view, grid and sample was removed from the system,inverted by rotating it 180 degrees and clamped 
 back into the system by holding the grid by the long snout on the edge of the grid (green arrow).

 The stage is tilted to 55 degrees allowing the beam direct access to the sample from the back side.
