Effects of Overexposure: Irritant. Lachrymator: May cause severe irritation to skin, eyes, and respiratory system. The initiator is toxic by ingestion, absorption or inhalation. Vapors may irritate eyes and may cause skin irritation and allergenic sensitivity. Handle with the care required by good laboratory practice.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID

Skin: Wash affected area with copious amounts of water.

Eye: Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. See physician.

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give oxygen or artificial respiration as needed. Call physician.

Ingestion: Give 1 to 2 glasses of water or milk and transport to medical facility.
