Stage Micrometer for Reflected Light: For use with reflected light. Of particular value with metallurgical microscopes. 1mm in 0.01mm divisions. No certification available.
These measuring standards may be used with all microscopes. The micrometer scale disc is mounted on a black anodized slide 3" x 1". The primary use for these micrometers is calibration of eyepiece reticles. The majority of microscopes are corrected to permit examination of specimens through a micro-coverglass by transmitted light and all stage micrometers are available in this form.
