Vibrasorb Damping Mounts isolate sensitive analytical balances and other instruments from vibrations caused by nearby equipment such as pumps, stirrers and blenders. Molded of dense black and white terrazzo, this 2 1/2" thick platform is supported on four Vibro-Absorber cushions and neoprene feet and support up to 35 pounds. This unit will absorb vibrations down to 13Hz with a 35 pound load. With lighter loads, the minimum frequency of damping will increase to a value between 16Hz and 25Hz.
