The Vibrating Platform has the same overall design as the Orbital Shaker Platform but has an orbiting diameter of 0.06", making it essentially a vibrating platform. A magnetic stirrer with a 6" x 6" top plate is optimum, but a 5" x 7" top will provide adequate surface area.
