Gill's Modified OG-6: Orange 6 is one of the two cytoplasmic counterstain solutions that are used sequentially in the Papanicolaou staining method for clinical cytology. Orange-6 is stable in solution and gives predictable high quality staining results not previously possible with other formulations.
