These Dumont No. 5 tweezers have solid platinum tips 38mm from tip to shoulder. The very fine points permit easy pick up of grids. Particularly useful to virologists and bacteriologists who need to sterilize tweezer tips in a flame. Also of great benefit to metallurgists working with selected corrosive liquids.
