Gill's Modified EA:

EA is one of the two cytoplasmic counterstain solutions that are used sequentially in the Papanicolaou staining method for clinical cytology. EA is stable in solution and gives predictable high quality staining results not previously possible with other formulations.

Harris Hematoxylin, Acidified (mercury-free) - Regressive Type:

Used with hematoxylin and eosin staining. Use Harris Hematoxylin for routine histology and cytology. Similar results can be achieved to those of Gill's Hematoxylin #1, #2, and #3 formulations by varying staining times.

Eosin Y, 0.5% alcoholic solution, Acidic:

Used as counterstain with hematoxylin. Contains acetic acid. Does not contain isopropanol or methanol. Ready to use with any automated stainer.

Contains no acetic acid. Used as counterstain with hematoxylin. Ready to use with any automated stainer.

A new economical Quartz Crystal Monitor (QCM) for measuring thin film deposition rate and thickness. This film thickness transducer is the simplest and least expensive QCM available anywhere. It connects directly to a USB port on your PC. Windows® - based software included for operation and data logging. It weighs less than 2 ounces and is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket.

The Q-Pod Film Thickness Transducer includes everything you need outside the chamber. For a complete measurement system, you also need to order a sensor, feedthrough, in-vacuum cable, and crystals.

The SampleSaverTM portable storage container system is a specialized container that enables a user to replace the reactive atmospheric air typically present in the container with an inert gas species. Once a sample is stored inside the inert atmosphere, the sample does not undergo reactions such as oxidation during storage and/or transportation. It is ideally suited to the preservation of microscopy samples that may undergo changes during the delay between sample preparation and analysis.
