P-80® Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant

P-80® Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for assembly. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries and the part returns to its original condition. P-80 Temporary Assembly Lubricants can be applied manually or automatically, by dip, brush, or spray techniques. P-80 Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant is used to install hoses, o-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and many other rubber and plastic parts. Use P-80 Emulsion when a thin film of lubricant is desired. Typical viscosity of P-80 Emulsion: 110 cps at 25° C.

Palladium-Plated Copper Grids

Diameter is 3.05mm and thickness is 0.7mil. Packaged 100/vial. Copper Gilder grids have been plated with palladium. This treatment provides extra strength and eliminates the tarnishing typically found on pure copper grids.

P-80® THIX Temporary Assembly Lubricant Gel

P-80® THIX Temporary Assembly Lubricant gel eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for assembly. P-80 THIX is especially useful in overhead and vertical assembly operations because it remains where it is applied without dripping. P-80 THIX thins out under pressure so it can be used in automated systems or applied manually by dip, brush, or spray techniques. P-80 THIX Temporary Assembly Lubricant is used to install hoses, o-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and many other rubber and plastic parts. Use P-80 THIX when a thick coating of lubricant is needed, when it is important that the lubricant stay where it is applied, and/or when a prolonged drying time is desired. Typical viscosity: 7,500 cps at 25° C
