Sedgewick Rafter Counting Chambers: These chambers are transparent slides with a central cell of 50mm x 2mm and 1mm high. The base is ruled in a 1mm grids. When the liquid is held in the cell by a coverglass, the grid subdivides 1 milliliter of liquid into microliters.
